Josh Hamilton Homered Over Greene's Hill Yesterday

Well, sort of. Clipped from the YES broadcast of last night's game (h/t Jason Cole), and shot during home batting practice:

I can't recall an instance of a player actually homering over the Hill during an real game ... some years back, Paul Konerko Sorrento homered to the very top of the Hill, but that's the only instance I can immediately recall of somebody even coming close to pulling it off. Almost four years ago, Hamilton clubbed a homer that was a bit further to the right and carried over the lower-deck seats in right-center field to the very edge of the concourse, and I guess you could make the case that he clubbed that one further than this BP shot, but ...
