Today's Open Discussion Thread

I'm a bit more tied up this morning than I anticipated, but it's a relatively slow morning news-wise, with the only real thing of note being the Hall of Fame class of 2012 being announced at 1 p.m. today.

Last week, THT's Chris Jaffe quantitatively arrived at the conclusion that only Barry Larkin would receive admission, and predicted that Jeff Bagwell and Tim Raines would enjoy "notable jumps" in their numbers. For what it's worth, the four DMN writers eligible to submit HOF votes placed two votes for Bagwell and three for Raines.
