Since there has been no real article written on this website for a month can I assume that BBTIA is either shutting down or is for sale? Joey et al have disappeared. Have they given up? Have they suddenly lost interest in MLB and your Texas Rangers? I'll bid $1 for the rights for the site.

Joey is in school right now and not a whole lot is going on in Rangerland once spring training starts I would assume Joey will show his face more often. and the articles will start flowing again.

Joey is out of school. He is in the midst of busy season now, working as an accountant for one of the Big 4. Being a public accountant myself, I feel he has no excuse, as my time during busy season to check BBTIA has grown significantly.

I thought he was out of school and working at his first job?

It is my understanding that Joey is out of school (he said so) and is working as an accountant of some sort (tax, bean counter, I don't know). My brother is a CPA and I know there are two times a year where he gets almost no sleep for a couple of months. Perhaps Joey is in this time at his work. With all the fiscal cliff nonsense recently many accountants have been running ragged trying to prep and keep up with the laws.

@Marktown, et al, He is in audit, which has nothing to do with the fiscal cliff or taxes. January-April is absolutely insane for auditors (I'm one, and I will attest), particularly those that work for the big 4. I imagine Joey is putting in 80 hour work weeks, working 7 days a week. So yeah, about the time the season starts and financial statements are issued, We'll be seeing more than enough of Joey on here... You do public accounting for the benefit of the easy May-December. Joey will be back, just give it time.
