I fail to see why I am labeled a troll for asking about a published article?

Just exactly what was the problem with the original post - linked to a published article in an actual news source - that triggered the (I am assuming) derision and insults though honestly I don't know if being confused with Eric is a compliment or insult since don't know why people think I am Eric.

All I asked was had anyone seen that article which I found interesting but I had no idea about the credibility of the author.

Eric reining wrote the article. There are certain people on this forum that are obsessed with insulting Eric and his opinions. The article is a good read though certainly puts into perspective how great Yu Darvish was down the stretch of the season. Hopefully it carries over into 2013.

Basically what B@W said. I'm not sure if you were aware that that was one of my articles, or if it was just happenstance.

Either way, anything of or related to supporting anything I say or write to NW' is virtually sacrilege as far as this forum is concerned. So by simply saying you thought it was a good read or that I used some good stats -- because, you know, apparently people who use sabermetrics invented math -- is a no-no.
