been given better chances, with far less recovery value. He may get an invite
to a spring training camp, if his agent does his job.

In the past, 2011-2012, the RANGERS did show some interest, and came close to offering a low risk deal. KAZMIR is a Texan, and may want a spring training try out with a TEXAS team. IF AND A BIG ID, he is back to mid-90s, he could resurrect a DAVID PRICE stats-like career, he is only a year older than PRICE. From 2006-2008, when he could top out at 98 fb,he was a developing ACE. All of this is still a big if, all dependent on a return of his arm speed/health.
