Nobody cares about PEDs anymore...especially since their names are not Clemens, bonds, Sosa, etc.

Why weren't the Tigers? They had the 7th (I believe) best record in the American League! Geography played way too big a role in that one, IMO.

I assume you were exaggerating for effect by suggesting barring the whole team. If I had to bet though, I'd guess there were more abusers on that team. Alas, we'll never know. Then again, maybe there were cheaters on the Rangers and every other team too that just weren't caught.
