Am I going cry my heart out when Josh leaves in the offseason..no based on how he played the last couple weeks it makes his departure easier. Am i glad to see him go? Hell no, and if i was at that game Friday, I would have given Josh the biggest standing ovation one could give..he arguably put us on the map, and for that we must thank him.

No one is perfect. I'm glad for Josh, and I hope he comes back.

Yeah, I'm shattered by how Josh ended his season. It genuinely looked like he didn't give a shit but I hope this was not the case.

But for fuck's sake, the amount of good things he's done in a Rangers uniform easily outweighs the bad.

I was disgusted by the booing the Hamilton faced in what is likely his last game for us.

Didn't hear much booing during his 43 homers and 130 RBIs, all while not being able to hit a beach ball for two months.

He's gonna be real easy to replace and our team will be much better off without him. Not.

No, not fuck Josh Hamilton. Since he didn't get an extension, he held the leverage in playing like shit down the stretch. If that's his way of getting back at the organization, then okay, good for him. He can now get his 8-figure contract elsewhere. He had some great years here, so I'm not going to hate him. I'm going to appreciate the memories and reserve my disappointment for not being able to win one while he was here.

Fans booing Josh was absolutely despicable, and it shows the nature of what the neo-Rangers fan is really all about. Yes, most of us on here care and have cared deeply about this franchise for a very long time, since we were young kids in most instances. But these 2010 fair-weather-ers should go trade in their antler and claw T-shirts and start following the Yankees.
