I agree with you that the AS voting is bs. Most "fans" just vote for the biggest name that they recognize.

JV, I think that you should just vote and worry about what the MLB does later. I have decided that I am going to spread my message on the internet as far as I can. I want Engel in the All-Star game. I need to see it. Who knows, maybe we can make a serious run at it! If we can spread the message wide enough so that 20,000 people in North Texas vote 25 times, we can get Engel Beltre 500,000 votes!

I think we should all put in a couple of hours of free time to campaign for Engel. But hurry, because we only have until July 5th! Thats one month to make this happen!
