That's a rough translation. On it's face the reasoning is sound and it has the unsaid benefit of "Hey Elvis, keep you're head in the game and you stay in the line up."

He pushes some buttons the make you scratch your head sometimes, but when I hear him talk about things like this, he makes a lot of sense to me.

Maybe we sould have forfeited and given the entire team the night off for a "mental break"
