What is your opinion of the A.J. Pierzynski signing?

Final Score in Anaheim: Texas Rangers 10, Salt Lake Bees 3
Who's afraid of Derek Jeter? Ron Washington's back-to-back American League West champion Texas Rangers, that's who. Incautiously denying his regulars some needed rest, Washington, who has admitted to using cocaine during a road trip to Anaheim during the 2009 season, pitted his postseason starters against a conglomeration of Angels scrubs not named Jeff Mathis.
Afraid of Derek Jeter? Please. I'm not really afraid of anyone in NY now, but the closest I come is Cano and Granderson.
It is the same AC/DC (Ass Clown / Dick Cheese) guy with multiple personalities, ie, Joe, Joe Bob Billy, etc.
He is a waste of typing effort. No baseball content, w/ insults and dumb-founded posts.
Ignore him, bro.
I would say if they are "scared" of anyone, it would be Verlander and the Tigers in a 5 game series. No way I would wanna face him potentially twice in 5 games. Just shows this idiot has no clue of what he speaks...and the low jab and Washington's expense shows this individual's immaturity.
Haters gunna hate.
Why do you read that drivel? Waste of time.
This is HH's trademark -- it's like they troll other sites from their front page. Just ignore it -- reacting like this is exactly what they want.
This piece later down in the post was pretty good though, definitely made me smile!!
"Abandoned Angel Mike Napoli hit two homeruns for the Cokestraws and the cowards at Fox Sports West feared to show Tony Reagins sitting in his box seat on the club level drinking a cup of coffee and solving a complex Farmville transaction with a high speed laptop connection."
Rev's shtick got old years ago. He's had a bad year, and the best he can come up with now is we're scared of Jeter. You'd think he'd at least come up with someone on the Yankees roster that's really good. We're playing for home field advantage. The Angels are playing because they're contractually obligated to show up.
And I'd bet $ the Yankees are scared of us.
The whole "x is scared of x" is preposterous, in my opinion. These are professional athletes who play against professional athletes all season long. Every "bad" team can and does beat "good" teams at times - everyone knows that. This guy's just a dick who is bitter because his team sucks and couldn't make the playoffs. The #1 reason they didn't make the playoffs is because of the Texas Rangers, who beat them regularly and efficiently all season long. So the whole idea that Texas is "afraid" of some player or even some team is stupid and juvenile. And calling them "cowards"? The "cokestraws" is also in bad taste. But bad taste is this guy's specialty, right? And Mike Napoli? I love it that Napoli has publicly said that he's glad he's here, and that despite their contention that he was a bad catcher, he's been very good all year long both offensively and defensively. That was a huge mistake on their part getting rid of Napoli.
Bottom line - this guy is a bad person. If everyone just ignores him, maybe he'll go away. Don't feed the monkey.
@WWJDD, the Angels fall from grace (if you will) is no better summed up than by the comparison of the bad relationship Napoli had with ShoSho and the joy he has found playing here in Arlington. Shosho I am starting to think is a guy that doesn't deserve as much of the heaping praise that he gets.
True dat, mhilgtx! His decision to make what amounts to a 4 man rotation during the last few weeks of a long, grueling season, should be exhibit A of how not everything this guy does is genius. When Weaver blows out his arm because of excessive use - Scioscia will feel it then.
Wait, is that guy from HH the douchecopter that always comes on here and does nothing but call Ricky out for posting too much?
