Forum > the almost fall
I'll quote the great djcahill.
"Right there is why I am unconcerned with netting or higher railings. The more you try to idiot proof stuff, the harder the idiots work."

5. the still shot from the guy right there sure seems to be very ready with the camera, like he knew it was comming.
I can understand that though. After he slipped and was caught, he probably hung there a a few seconds he was pulled in since it was such an akward angle to hold someone. Plenty of time for the photographer below to look up and snap a quick picture.

ok, but......
6. he did not dive or fall as much as roll over the rail
7.he was not even close to the ball
8. drunk or not why would he be standing on a rail high table next to the rail.
9. who lets someone get on a table in the upper deck next to the rail.

9. who lets someone get on a table in the upper deck next to the rail. - Idiots tend to travel in packs

That idiot wasn't even within 30 feet of the ball. He either did this on purpose to make a joke of a tragic accident, he's an absolute drunken buffoon, or both. What a pathetic display of idiocy. And all he could come up with is "I bench 500, so I wasn't scared." What a jacka$$.

I just saw the replays of the guy at the derby who was caught by his friends before falling out of the stands. It appears to be in the worst of taste to me.
1. he seems to be the only one in the group not wearing shoes.
2. the guys catching him are smiling
3. the guys near, but not catching him do look shock or scared
4. the guy who "fell" also does not look shocked or scared
5. the still shot from the guy right there sure seems to be very ready with the camera, like he knew it was comming.
