We have a ton of talented young pitchers in our system. And to the guy who keeps asking about Cueto? Why would the Reds do that? In his 4-year extension? "The deal buys out all three years of Cueto's arbitration eligibility, plus one year of potential free agency." Why would they trade him? Not even a valid question or rumor?

Not bashing, just saying. His contract is more than team friendly, they are only 3 games out of 1st, and I never believe some generic guy who claims he knows a guy with organization "x"... blah, blah, blah. Not bashing you, just pointing out why it makes no sense. If I use a supposed fact or rumor, I'll site my source's name and quote verbatim.

I hear you Ricky... I don't think its true either... Apparently he has a conflict with the manager and the gm... Still no reason to trade him when they are 3 games out, and like you said he is under control for the next 3 years

You ever sit around wondering if it’s even possible for the Rangers to have even more talented young arms to talk about? The answer, of course, is yes. A second-round pick last year out of a Southern California High School, Buckel began the year pitching out of the Hickory bullpen, but he joined the rotation in May and has seen his stock skyrocket. He has a 1.98 ERA in eight starts, including Friday night’s outing that included a career-high 10 strikeouts in 5 1/3 one-hit innings. While hardly a monster on a scouting level, Buckel does have above-average velocity and command, as well as a good breaking ball and advanced changeup for his age. He just turned 19 in mid-June, and in a system loaded with young, talented pitchers, he’s now more than just another name in the crowd. Just wanted to pass that along........
