Ryan Franklin was released by the Cardinals. If I were JD I'd have some interest as a Set-up guy with so many teams holding out for playoff births.

You do realize that the Cardinals released him because he can't get anybody out any more, don't you?

Sure. Maybe he needs a change of scenery... not going to hurt this bullpen to take a risk on someone.. wont cost you anything
