I just don't get why Rhodes was allowed to pitch again in a tight game, how many times does that dude need to loose a game for Wash to figure it out? I just looked at FanGraphs and it only shows two losses however HR's per 9 innings is 2.13.
He just sucks.

I bet that old Arthur Lee is a better pitcher than you are a speller.

Probably more about who they don't trust right now, rather than trusting Rhodes too much.

Rhodes deserves every chance to be successful especially as bad as the pen has been. He is getting paid $4 mil this season after an all-star season last year, so Wash is giving him a chance to show why he is worth the money and I really believe that he and Oliver will get it figured out and be key pieces down the stretch.

If he is NOT a better pitcher than I am a "speller" he has serious issues. Hell you are probably a better pitcher than I am a speller WWMcCLyde

So there's your answer: at least 2. Other guys in the bullpen have blown at least as many saves/leads - I still trust AR/DO more than some of the guys in the pen

he also gave up leads in at least two games, and Wash's comments today seem to show he realizes that too.
