i was looking at an all time rangers roster list... i cant belive some of the hot heads we had on this team, carl everret, john rocker, milton bradley, ken caminiti, vicente padilla, you can throw conseco in there as well. Kinda crazy

I think Greer fits as underrated because he never made an All Star game, mostly because of jack ass Joe Torre picking Bernie Williams every year. If not him then Mickey T.

yeah i was thinking about that. Greer was more a local hero than anything. not really ever nationally recognized. I feel bad for the guy now. his body is just shot to hell. Nolan shoulda passed his advil ad contract over to poor rusty for passing over him as hitting coach. he'd atleast get something for that. you can just tell on certain days, its like he can barely walk. Guess thats what happens when you give it all to the game.
