I have never been to LSB so I won't begin to compare the 2 sites.

I personally like the game chats here because of the free flow and off topic nature. Yes, it gets pretty colorful but I think Joey does a pretty good job trying to keep all of us monkeys from going too far over the line. I don't get in the chats to find out whats going on in the game, I get in to simulate watching the game with my buddies. That's what it is...a bunch of dudes watching the game and reacting to it or the commercials or anything else as they would if they were sitting in a room or bar with their friends. As with anything else, know your room. I don't think Joey needs to change his format with the chats at all.

BBTiA does indeed rule.

I agree with Adam(TURBO!). I always thought of the chats as a fun deal to joke around and have a good time. I mean, Durret holds game chats from time to time as well that are probably aimed more at sticking to baseball only. Joey is our fearless leader though, so if he says to cool it on the chats, I'll abide. It would be a lot less entertaining, and myself as well as a few others would skip more and more of them, but I would abide.

I think the chats are great but I always try and stick to the game. I am not crazy about some of the stuff that gets said there, at all, but I roll with it for the powpows and sit-downs and omgs and arguing about Face and Kins and whatnot. Joey is right, if we had a hard-core only talk about the game at hand chat no one would be there except for me, chatting with myself. It comes with the territory. If it gets out of hand, I'll leave the chat room, simple as that.

Thanks, Joey, for running them and I trust that you and the other moderators will keep an eye on the gross/rude stuff and make the chats enjoyable for a broad spectrum of folks.

I only hit LSB now to read articles and links. I stay away from the comment boards nowadays. It can get pretty icky in there.

I dunno, I think this place is pretty fair. Being an 'old school' isn't always beneficial
in my retorts, but keeping an open mind, with anything, seems the best mindset.

I've learned to incorporate my 'eyes worth' with the saber, I am learning. It fits mostly.
One can't throw a boomerang and not expect it to come back- hit you in the nadz.
Coming off as a 'know it all' isn't the approach either. I come here for opinions to digest,
knowing that most in here has the same love-hate exuberance with our Hometown Rangers.

Being 'thin skinned' was long left behind. I farted and fell off the curb, but I got a nice view
looking up, as she nicely returned my cain to my shaky hands- Pow pow~ As they say...
Stay IN the Pink. Oh my Gawd!

HubZ were you drunk when you typed this because it's just a conglomeration of sentences with no coherent thought. Quite funny, but I'm not sure what the point is.

I prefer it when HubZ writes in haiku...

Skeletor~
What I was trying to convey... *most in BBTiA Forum have a good amount of personal respect
for others opinions and are not attack driven, as other forums.
It is hard to read the inflection of typed wording... therefore, not being thin skinned is a a nice attribute to have & practice.

An opinion is not a personal attack on ones demeanor, but a mere idea given.
Then there are the few, that bounce from forum to forum, with open angst and don't understand why others don't see their side. Basically, they just don't get it... or even socially inept?

The other day I was not attacking your age or opinion, but found it a muse that your moniker
basically referred you AS a "bag of bones". I get the fact you are still endeared by the fantasy of a comic book character you still hold close, during a earlier maturation.
