No, just that they have committed to the idea of Feliz in 9th. Ogando will be moved back to the pen when Webb or Hunter is ready.

Could it be that the club feels as if Ogandos consistency with the breaking ball in the strike zone is more suitable to start then feliz's at this stage of their development?
