We have no reference point for when this supposed trade was killed. It could have happened a month ago, for all we know. Given that everything remains at a complete standstill vis-a-vis Young, and given how rare it is for trades to be revived from the dead, I don't think we're going to see a trade coming out of all of this.

And to add to what Joey said, it's rare to find any blockbuster trades happening this close to the start of the season. Guys will get hurt, Young will get his at bats, and all will be well. Either that, or they'll push hard to move him in July. Or both.

Apperently Greenburg blocked a deal that would have sent MY somewhere, so with no more Greenburg does that mean "no Ranger numbers" for MY?
