Forum > MLB At Bat 11 on iPhone

I'm fairly new to the iPhone. Is it worth $15 for MLB at bat 11? I have been a MLB audio customer forever. Will the $15 for this app allow me to listen to games or am I going to have to pay extra?

Thanks

Get the app. It's great. You can listen to home and away audio for almost all games. If you get MLB.tv you can watch games on it as well. Worth every penny.

I didn't hear good things last year, but I'm sure they've made some changes.

I heard enough positive reviews to purchase the app myself.

Only get MLB.tv if you don't live in Texas. No point in buying it if the games are blacked out.

I had the ap last year on my android and it was worth it. I'm also an mlb.com audio subscriber.

There are two things I the about the MLB at bat app. First, it's not a universal app so you have to buy the iPhone and iPad version separately if you want the native version of each. Second, the archaic blackout restrictions apply to Ranger games in Austin, even on the occasional days they aren't televised in this area.

However, i plan on shelling out the $15 again this year without thinking twice about it. I love going out to the porch and listening to Nadel on the radio broadcast while smoking a cigar. Damn i love summer.

Its a no-brainer. I can't live without it.
