As Joey said this morning, this is the dead part of the year. Our roster is almost complete and we aren't likely to make any major moves. So I assumed we could talk about something else.

Since we all share similar interests as baseball fans, I wanted to see what underappreciated or underrated TV shows and Movies everyone watches. I'm always interested in what others watch and I thought maybe we could find some cool stuff. Doesn't have to be baseball related, just good stuff.

I will start by listing one of the all time underappreciated shows and say "Arrested Development." it is hilarious and clever, but it was A little before it's time. Still absolutely wonderful show.

I liked arested development. i still watch it on ifc i also liked No country for old men.

Arrested Development was/is/always will be brilliant. A show that didn't get big ratings, was cancelled after one season, but is definitely worth watching is Terriers (it's about private detectives not dogs). If you haven't watched The Wire, you've missed perhaps the best television series of all time.

I've made it through the first 2 seasons of Dexter. Dark and funny. My favorites are House and Criminal Minds. Need some other series to watch since I am current on everything. Been watching Californication Season 1 to pass the time.

Arrested Development, greatest comedy of our generation.

Justified starts up Feb 9. BOOM.

I love "The Ricky Gervais Show" on HBO. Machete was my favorite movie of the year. Not the best, just my favorite. Dexter rocks, so I second that. Dig Showtime's new series "Shameless". I found "No Country" to be a beating. Sorry. If you missed Season 1 of either HBO's Boardwalk Empire or AMC's The Walking Dead, go back and watch it.

Dexter is Awesome. I love it. The League is good, and Always Sunny in Philadelphia is great too.

I feel like I'm late to the party, but I just started watching Sopranos about a week ago. Good stuff. Got the complete set and I'm hooked. I have to make an effort to not talk like those guys.

The first season of Mad Men was awesome, the subsequent seasons have gotten worse and worse though and I'm not sure if it is under appreciated.
