Texas is quickly establishing itself as a power in Latin America. IMO players like Elvis and Nelly who enjoy playing in Texas have really helped in persuading young Latin players to sign with us. Keep adding to the depth guys.

If this guy is all he seems to be: 16, B-L; T-R; good contact hitter with speed, then he is going to be fun to watch develop.
