TexasRangers_HQ twitter feed is not definite but getting closer according to his source close to the brass. Unfortunately, this is the only place I can find this info. No one else is posting anything in regard to the Rangers interest in Garza or an attempted deal. Wouldn't want to give too much for him, but I would be happy with Garza in the rotation as long as he's forced to wear a claw and antlers tshirt in his opening press conference for his mockery in the ALDS.
