A few of mine: 1) on top of a competitive offer in terms of years and dollars, add a percentage of ownership that increases with every World Series win 2) add a personal services contract that essentially adds 5 years on to the contract during which time Mr. Lee works as a roving pitching instructor throughout the minor leagues 3) build an airstrip and hangar on Mr. Lees' ranch complete with the use of a leased Lear jet 4) name the stadium Lee ballpark
