Totally inappropriate and premature reaction. He pitched poorly today for the first time in 8 starts. He has been unbelievably consistent every time out, until today. Trust me, we will be very glad Cliff Lee is a Ranger come October. Shake this one off guys...Cliff will bounce back. When Cruz and Kinsler return to the lineup this team will be much, much better.

That is completely and utterly ridiculous. I'm tempted to delete this thread, just because I don't want Chuck Greenberg or somebody else important breeze past BBTiA and see such a stupid message on the website. I get the frustration, but this is the height of absurdity.

Joey....that is the moderator's duty and responsibility.
Do what is best for all. There is a place for constructive criticism but anything that speaks of hate or evil should be stricken and if the author can't respond properly they should be banned.

I just know that Greenberg is going to find re-signing Lee as a priority, and overpay him, and recreate the A-Rod situation all over again.

Are you being serious DMax? That's a ridiculous statement. And even if it were true, it shouldn't make you want to puke but you should probably start saving money for World Series tickets because nobody can beat you if you have a staff with Cliff Lee as your 3rd best guy.
