That series with the Rays wasn't very good, and I've heard some people on the talk shows (mainly people calling/texting the show) panicking about this series. We just got swept by the best team in baseball on the road with, as Danny Bayliss put it, the Texas Roughriders, and we're still 8 games up on LAA and OAK. Even if we get swept by BAL (God forbid it happen TWICE), worst case scenario is we would still hold a 4 game lead. And odds are LAA won't sweep @ BOS and OAK won't sweep vs. TB. This is a time to just try to enjoy some baseball while the Rangers try to get healthy, avoid injury, and get old Vlad back on track (and perhaps add to that 8 game cushion). Not a bad time to be a Rangers fan for once.
