I expect him to struggle a bit before he gets thrown back into the bull pen.
For the rest of his career, hmm............. he will be meh.
I like him, but I do consider myself a commi that likes America.........so yeah

I thought he did pretty well before he got hurt. I guess I'll say this - the dude has tremendous upside. I don't know if he can put it together this season, but if he can, I don't see why he can't be somewhere in that Colby Lewis/Tommy Hunter level. If he does, that's a pretty salty rotation.

Some really good pitchers in the vicinity of Holland ... if only he can slash his homer rates.

I want to see Derek Holland follow Cliff Lee around like a little puppy dog for the rest of the season. We've all seen glimpses of Holland where he looks like he could be a future ace. Hopefully and can get it together and pitch well consistently. Keep the ball down in the zone and he'll be better than fine.

So it looks like Derek Holland will be back on the hill on Wednesday, so let's talk about it. What does everyone expect from him the rest of the year? the rest of his career? Do you like him or are you a communist that hates America?
